Choose from our Historic Main House circa 1828, the original Caretaker's Cottage circa 1900, or our new Barn on the Hill circa 2009.

ALL ROOMS & SUITES OFFER:

• Rates cover 2 persons per room inclusive of breakfast

• If you have an extra person/child staying in your room air beds are available for $15 per person

• Small pets are welcome, but may require a "cleaning" fee as we must spend extra time preparing your room for the next guest. Many of our guests have pet allergies and we attempt to maintain a clean facility to accomodate them

• We are a "No Smoking" facility. We have provided outside smoking facilities away from the main guest areas. Guests that smoke in our rooms will have a $150.00 cleaning fee added to their bill.

• New, private, modern full baths in each room

FULL SERVICE PUB & RESTAURANT

Our full service Pub and Restaurant, the "Simon Kenton Inn and "Publik House" is now open with a fully stocked bar, draught beer, and outstanding wine list. You may also make use of our carry-out service and purchase a nice beer, wine or champagne in our Pub to enjoy in the privacy of your room or anywhere within the fenced in area. Try our adriondack chairs or new tree swing for two!

We welcome you to join us in the Simon Kenton Inn Publik House for dinner or brunch and your favorite beverage.

Please click on "Dining and Pub" for our hours of operation. Reservations are always recommended to avoid dissapointment.

• Take in an evening sunset and stay warm by our outdoor patio fire pit [weather permitting].

• In colder weather spend time in our library. You'll likely find a crackling fire in the fireplace.

• The library also has a high-speed wi-fi internet connection for your use.

• Don't worry if you've forgotten your toothbrush. We keep a store of sundries available, with our compliments. To take care of most any other need, just a few moments up or down the road you'll find full-service shopping centers.

• Easy access to and from the Rails-to-Trails bike path across the highway and other Clark County attractions. See "Area Activities"

MAIN HOUSE

The main historical house has eight wood burning fireplaces and offers three guest rooms on the second floor, each with its own unique character including a wood burning fireplace and private bath. There is a top floor two room suite complete with a bidet. The main house was lovingly restored to its original splendor with meticulous attention to detail in 2005. See "Tour the Inn"

Main House Room Rates: $99 - $135 per night plus tax.

CARETAKER'S COTTAGE

Reserve the "Cottage" for a more casual stay — overnight or extended stays welcome. All rooms in the cottage are handicap accessible, with 36" doorways.

The Cottage was recently remodeled and renewed. Detached from the main house, the Cottage is completely renovated and thoroughly renewed to modern standards. It was built in the early 1900's as the estate Caretaker's quarters. It is ideal for a family or group stays, with a fully equipped kitchen, and enclosed sitting porch, plus an outdoor deck.

There are two queen-sized rooms, and one room with two double beds, all on one floor and two full baths. The double room has a private in-room shower/bathroom. Two queen rooms share a full bath between the rooms. See "Tour the Inn"

Cottage Room Rates: Reserve just one cottage room or bring the family or a group. Extended stays are welcome. Cottage Room Rates: $99 per night per room or $250 per night for the entire cottage plus tax.

BARN ON THE HILL

We have added four large lucurious rooms on the hill with a spectacular view overlooking the Simon Kenton homestead.

The rooms are in a barn style structure and are tastefully furnished with either king or queen beds and decorated with loving care and attention to detail.

Each room has a jacuzzi garden tub large enough for two and are insulated and seperated for ultimate in quiet and privacy.

BREAKFAST AT THE INN

Continental breakfast is provided for all guests during weekdays and a complete cooked breakfast is available weekends and most holidays. Come to the main house by 9:00 - 10:00AM to enjoy your complimentary breakfast in the Main House Dining Room.

Breakfast includes complimentary coffee, tea, and juice — all "on the house" as part of your stay. Coffee is normally available as early as 7:00 AM.

EXTENDED STAYS & CORPORATE RATES

Please call for extended stay and corporate rate quotes.

NO SHOWS
We are a small business and cannot afford lost business due to "no shows." We appreciate a 72 hour cancellation notice. No shows will be billed for one night stay at the advertised rack rate plus tax.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are available in any dollar value and can be used in the Simon Kenton Inn Publik House [no alcoholic beverages, please] or for lodging. Please call or stop by today.
