Lodging Policies

 

Reserving Rooms

  • A valid credit card is required to reserve any rooms.
  • Guests are more than welcome to block off several rooms. The rooms must be confirmed with a valid credit card at a minimum of 120 days prior to the reservation otherwise the rooms will be released.
  • A deposit is to be made for reservations of over 4 rooms.
  • Additional occupancy over allotted amount is $20 for each guest. This is to cover the linen and amenity usage.

Check In & Out

Check In: Between 3 and 9 pm (call for exceptions)

Check out: 11 am

  • Early check in is available upon request, given that it is available.
  • Late checkout is available upon request, given that it is available and a small fee may be applied.
  • Early check out results in a 50% charge on the remaining days booked
  • Upon check in you will be charged for your entire stay.
  • Information collected upon check in; license plate number, home address and phone number.

Complimentary Breakfast

Coffee will be prepared at approximately 7:30 am in the main house. Please contact the innkeeper for information on meal serve time. Earlier serve times are available upon request if applicable.

Pets & Smoking

  • No Pets Permitted

                (There may be exceptions if discussed with the inn keeper)

  • No smoking in any of the rooms. Must be done at least 50 feet away from the buildings. There is an additional fee if smoking is detected in the rooms.

Cancellation & Alterations

  • If room is cancelled greater than 72 hours prior to stay, there is no charge.
  • If less than 72 hours, a full night’s rate will be charged.
  • Complete lack of cancellation results in one night charged to your credit card.

           Please discuss exceptions with us, we are flexible.
